1.1. This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a public offer in accordance with the Civil Code. Acceptance of this Agreement occurs through registration and/or use of the Application.
1.2. By using the Application, the User confirms acceptance of the Agreement.
2.1. The Provider provides the User with access to the functionality of the Application, including the ability to fill out a profile, search for matches, and use additional functions.
2.2. Services are provided in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and the Privacy Policy posted in the Application.
4.1. The basic functionality of the Application is provided free of charge. бесплатно.
4.2. Additional services are provided on a paid basis. The cost is indicated in the corresponding sections of the Application.
4.3. Payment is made through available methods in the Application.
5.1. The Provider is not responsible for: - Actions of third parties, including other users of the Application; - Interruption of the Application's operation due to technical reasons outside the control of the Provider.
5.2. The User is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided and its use within the Application.
6.1. The Provider has the right to make changes to the terms of the Agreement. Changes take effect from the moment they are posted in the Application.
6.2. The User has the right to stop using the Application, which will be considered a termination of the Agreement.
7.1. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Russian Federation.
7.2. All disputes and disagreements arising in connection with the execution of the Agreement shall be resolved by negotiations, and in case of failure to reach an agreement - in court.
